Photographing a wedding is a great thing to do, but photographing a wedding of a friend is even better. I met Eva on our first day of College. I remember her being as excited as I was that day. Now, 13 years later I had the honour to accompany her on her wedding day. And trust me guys, it couldn´t have been any better.

Eva and Andreas said yes to each other in a venue that used to be an old blacksmith. With all the effort Eva & Andreas put into the decor, she turned the rustic place into a beautiful, atmospheric wedding location flooded with natural light and lots of character. That´s more than a photographer could ever wish for.

Since the wedding took place in the middle of Tyrols beautiful mountainscape, what would have been more obvious, than a celebration in a beautiful valley. After the ceremony, we found ourselves in an old “Farmers Museum” (trust me guys the german name would be way too complicated). The vibe was similar to the ceremony venue. Rustic, down to earth and unbelievably charming. The whole areal was surrounded by the Kitzbühler alps and the view was just spectacular. I really can´t put my finger on what the most amazing part of this day was. The idyllic scenery, the great people or the slight drizzle that came down on us while the sun hit the mountain hut… This day was pure kitsch, the good kind of kitsch. Thanks Eva & Andreas for having me, it was an absolute pleasure.
